What platforms is the game available on?
How frequently are updates released for the game?
We update the game regularly, while there is no regular schedule for updates, we tend to update the game monthly, with supporting updates if a bug is discovered or similar
GAMEPLAY & MECHANICS
How do I manage my team?
As a Manager, you are responsible for building your team’s roster, setting lineups, making trades, and signing free agents. You can also train your players and manage their attributes to improve their performance on the ice.
How do I play games?
To play a game, you will want to carefully select your lineup and tactics before the match begins, and make sure you are fully loaded in Energy and Morale levels.
Before the game, you can make adjustments to your team’s strategy and tactics.
What are the different game modes?
Game Modes vary in WHM. The regular game modes are Regular Challenges (Daily Tournaments), Season Games (1 a day), The Social League Tournament (where you compete to gain points for your social league group).
If there is an event going on, such as the Playoffs or the St.Patricks Cup for example, there might be a Knockout Tournament active, or a Trophy Road Challenge, paying out big rewards!
Can I play online with other Managers?
Yes you can! In Social League, you can choose to team up with real-life or in-game friends to beat other groups in the Social League Weekend Tournament! Social league is available from Manager Level 4.
How can I use my voucher code in the game?
Go to settings, click “Redeem voucher” and enter your code.
Can I change my team name?
Yes, you can, to do this, simply follow these steps:
1.Click your team icon in the Home section
2. Press the Team tab
3. Press the Pen Icon
4.Press Team Name
5. Write your New Team Name (additional in-game currency cost)
6. Done!
Can I upgrade my Arena?
Yes, you can upgrade your arena by spending Coins or Cash on different upgrades. Upgrading your arena can provide several benefits, such as increasing your team’s revenue. A larger and more modern arena can also improve your team’s fan base and provide a better experience for spectators.
Can I change my team jersey?
Yes, you can, to do this, simply follow these steps:
1.Click your team icon in the Home section
2. Press the Team tab
3. Press the Pen Icon
4.Press Team Jersey
5. Modify your jersey (additional in-game currency cost)

HOCKEY TACTICS
What are the core tactical components in WHM?
To become a great manager, there are many tactical aspects of the game you need to become great at. These include:
Analyzing Opponents
Make sure you analyze your daily league opoonent, visit the team profile, find those weaknesses and make a plan to exploit them.
Create Situation-based Tactics
After you analyzed your opoonent, its very important that you make the right tactical decisions to ensure that your tactical insights doesnt stay mere insights, but go on to help you beat your opponent!
Manage resources
Players, team energy, morale and currency resources all needs to be managed qualitatively to be able to help you win when you need it.
Leverage Player Chemistry
No matter how great your tactics are, if your team is not up for performing on the ice, your not gonna win those important games! Player-to-Player Chemistry is key to making build-up play work in practice.
What is Player Chemistry and how does it work?
Players in your team can have up to 3 connections with each other (Except for the center who can have 6 connections in total, 3 to Left and 3 to Right Forward)
These connections come from player’s:
-Mentality (Offensive, defensive etc.)
-Special Abilities (Ability X matches Ability Y)
-Nationality (Same Nationality)
These links can get a boost if players are
-Hot (Lineups start to “burn”)
-Connections disappear if a player gets cold (“Frozen” connections)
How do I scout and recruit new players for my team?
You can scout players from different regions, positions and age groups searching via your Scout. You can also sign free agents and negotiate contracts with players on your roster.
How should I train my players?
It’s important to train both the team, individual players, and academy players because they each play a vital role in your team’s success.
By training the team as a whole, you can improve their overall performance and strategic abilities and gain a baseline preparation for upcoming games.
Individual player training allows you to focus on each player’s unique strengths and weaknesses, helping them develop and perform at their best.
Finally, training academy players is important for developing your team’s future talent and ensuring a strong team for years to come.
As you progress through the game, you’ll face increasingly challenging opponents, and having a well-trained team, with strong individual players and promising academy players, can make all the difference in achieving success.
How do injuries affect my team, and how can I manage them?
Injuries can affect your team’s performance in matches and training. You can manage injuries by resting players or using healing items.
How do I maximize franchise revenue?
Managers can earn Coins by completing achievements, participating in events and winning in the league.
Cash can be earned on the daily both by releasing players and opening packs, but most of all, through winning daily games.
Both currencies can be gained by several other methods, such as completing the Daily Mission and through that receiving a Challenge Pack, for example.
Additionally, managers can purchase Coins using real money through the in-game store and convert those Coins into Cash.
Also, make sure that you have an arena fit for your franchise, supporters of your club is not going to be too excited standing outside in the cold, having payed for expensive Allstar League tickets!

How do I update the game to the latest version?
To update the game to the latest version, go to the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android) and search for “World Hockey Manager.” If an update is available, you will be prompted to download and install it.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
How do I create an account?
To create an account, download the game and follow the prompts to sign up with your email or social media account.
Login methods are different on iOS and Android. On iOS you can Log in and create an account with Apple or log in via your email adress.
On Android you can use your email adress or Google Play Games.
How do I recover my password?
To recover your password, select the “forgot password” option on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset your password.

How do I link my game progress to a different device?
You can link your game progress to a different device by logging in with the same account on the new device. Your progress will be synced automatically.
